CompuNET Consulting Terms and Conditions

 

  • CompuNET Consulting charges are calculated by hour, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • There is a minimum of 30 minutes for remote support and a minimum of 1 Hour and 30                 minutes for onsite (in person) support.
  • All charges are rounded to the next 30 minutes for onsite (in person) support, and 15 minutes for remote and phone support.
  • Weekend fee are calculated as follow: Regular hourly rate * 1.5
  • Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed by CompuNET Consulting.
  • A Travel fee will be incurred to all clients who requires travel outside of New York City, this fee will also include tolls.
  • Client will be responsible for all licensing fees of third-party products incorporated with client’s knowledge and approval into the final product.
  • Invoices are due and payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Limits of liability

Customers should perform a system backup before a visit by an engineer. CompuNET Consultingis not liable for any data lost. We will try our best to ensure all data are backup for the customer as required as an extra service. However, this is mainly up to the customer to carry out a regular backup of all data to prevent any data loss. CompuNET Consulting will not specifically be responsible for any crashes, losses, claims, penalties, damages, or expenses from the installing of additional programs by the customer or a third party after the visit.
